Timeless Charm

Part of my 20th Centry Vintage Ladies "HATS" Collection.

This vintage ladies hat was captivating with it's velvet trim, lightly dipped plastic-coated feathers and tightly knotted fabric medallion. It reminded me of the playful times it may have enjoyed with it's owner. And of course was a delight to paint.
