Birch Lane

While recently painting in the upper Adirondack mountains of New York, this beautiful walkway of white birch trees adorned one of the lakes. I've always loved white birch, and this was an opportunity I could not pass up! The event was an invitational by PleinAir Magazine. Eighty of the best known artists from across the U.S. and Canada took part. It was an honor to have been with the Publisher, Eric Rhoads and new Editor, Stephen Doherty, as I was the founding editor.
